David Pask graduated from Sheffield University with a B.Sc.Econ in 1969. He is a Qualified Teacher who taught and lectured between 1971 and 1980 mainly in Further Education where he was primarily involved in aiding mature students in career development. He was an examiner at A and O and CSE level. He has training in the statistical analysis of labour markets and has experience in giving careers advice. He entered Employment Consultancy as a researcher in 1986 and has had his own consultancy since 1989, since when he has prepared several thousand Employment Reports for Personal Injury Litigation.

David Pask has reported across a wide range of occupations in a career in PI spanning 30 years. Particular areas of expertise are those relating to the achievement levels of school children and students. Occupational areas where he has substantial experience are in relation to the employment and earnings of lawyers, teachers, the military, the police, National Health Service workers such as nurses and doctors, and other public sector workers. He has advised the Department of Trade and Industry on employment issues relating to Vibration White Finger and Respiratory Disease claims in coal mining. He has reported in the current litigation with regard to possible vaccine related narcolepsy. A substantial part of his work is now in PI cases involving brain injury.

Keith Frost has been a member of the Academy of Experts since 1992 and has been involved in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Employment, Wrongful Arrest and Family Law cases. He has produced reports for claimants, defendants and on joint instructions as an expert witness since 1990. Keith has specialised in high value finance and banking cases and complex cases in the public sector (Armed Forces, Police, NHS and Teaching) and offshore occupations. He has prepared reports for applicants and respondents in Employment Tribunals covering issues of age, race, sex, unfair dismissal and disability discrimination. Keith has produced reports regarding head injury, spinal injury, mental ill health and the full range of traumatic and psychiatric injury. Keith was part of the non-medical evaluation group who provided evidence to and met with the Lord Woolf enquiry. Keith is a qualified electrician and has maintained contact and involvement in the construction industry. He has appeared in the High Court, the Court of Sessions, the Four Courts and most of the English County Courts. Keith has prepared employment analysis for all of the areas of the UK and Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Germany, Poland, Romania, Lithuania and the Ukraine.
